Our brain believes what we repeat and the stories we repeatedly tell ourselves. Everyone has traumas, and everyone goes through many things in life. The fact is, Khabib's father made him wrestle a bear as a child. But he keeps narrating and repeating that story. Of course, a man should be tough and strong, and that's how you develop a warrior mindset. He keeps replaying that story, and his body carries that aura. But imagine if we always repeated the story by saying, "I was just a kid. How could they make me wrestle a bear?"

Thoughts and feelings last only for a few seconds or minutes. But repeatedly thinking about a situation and telling ourselves the same story strengthens the neural pathways associated with that memory.

So, when someone says, "Release your emotions," it never means ke aap apni feelings ko feel karne ke naam par har jagah chaos create karein ya dramatic ho jayein. I think agar aap sirf ek part ko pakar lete ho aur poori baat nahi samajhte, toh aap ghalat raste par chale jaate ho.

And it's not entirely their fault either, because I think I've learned from all fields of study by taking diplomas, exploring comparative religion, science, neuroscience, and, of course, Islam, which I'm still learning about. I will never stop learning about neuroscience and neuroplasticity. It's a never-ending process of research, observing people and patterns, reading, and learning.

But feeling your emotions means allowing yourself to feel and process them. You can vent, but understand that everything is energy. If you're venting with the mindset that you want to heal and release your emotions, lekin aap baar baar logon ke paas jaa kar usi cheez ke baare mein baat karte ho, toh aapki attachment aur us topic aur situation se related neural pathways aur strong ho sakti hain. Aapki self-esteem aur emotional state bhi aur affect ho sakti hai.

Lekin agar aap Allah ke paas jaate ho, toh kaise? Cry to Allah. Make dua. Dua mein qubooliyat hoti hai. As-Salam, Ya Jabbaru, Surah Waqiah, Surah Rahman, aur Surah Mulk. These are the surahs and adhkar I personally find meaningful for different aspects of life. Surah Mulk akhirat ke liye bhi yaad dilati hai.

You will feel ke aapne jo energy Allah ke saamne apni feelings express karne mein lagayi, woh aapke liye healing, sukoon aur blessings ka zariya ban sakti hai.

Then, after releasing those emotions, you make decisions rationally and objectively, with morals, integrity, dignity, neuroscience, neuroplasticity, Islam, strategy, calculation, street smarts, book smarts, non-verbal communication, soft skills, interpersonal skills, and conversational skills.

You make decisions rationally and objectively. Objectively means that you put your feelings aside temporarily, evaluate the situation fairly, and take your feelings as sensors and indicators rather than letting them control your decisions.

That's what it means to feel your emotions and love yourself while remaining loyal to yourself. You guide your emotions using the right tools, including all the tools I've already talked about.

These are all skills you need to develop, and that can only come with knowledge and discipline. Knowledge and discipline come with self-loyalty. That's what being self-loyal means: being disciplined and staying true to yourself.

You can't say, "Usne mujhe khush nahi rakha," when you're not being loyal to yourself either.

Everything is a skill: expressions, smiling, talking, maintaining a soft exterior. Adaptability is a gift, but it also means that we absorb so much from our surroundings, almost like sponges. So be mindful of what you consume, whether it's content, the company you keep, or the people you talk to. Even your mobile contacts are part of your environment and social circle. Curate your environment.

My feed reflects what I search for. I don't mindlessly scroll or tap on random content. I restrict myself and deliberately search for what I want to learn. My algorithm is GOAT, from expressions and elegance to all these skills. That's why I feel emotionally balanced, mentally sorted, and better at reading patterns.

But if I want to learn poetry, music, songs, or drama, I don't consume that content. If I'm learning expressions, I follow some K-pop artists and Japanese idols specifically for their expressions, not for their bodies or the way they dress, because their clothing isn't always modest.

I'm learning about biology and mindset, and I understand that Allah Ta'ala created us with a purpose, and that certain things are haram. I also remember Shades Zahra, the self-doubt coach, saying that men and people don't necessarily respect a person who dresses in an objectifying way. No matter how beautiful, talented, or innocent she is, people may judge her exterior more than who she actually is. Aur phir kya milta hai?

So, if you're lonely, first of all, learn to embrace solitude. Solitude mein apne aap ko grow karne ka mauqa samjho. Apne aap se kaho, "Mujhe yeh alone time mil raha hai, aur shayad shaadi ke baad mujhe itna time na mile." Is waqt ko apni growth aur skills develop karne ke liye use karo, kyun ke kuch skills aap abhi seekh sakte ho jo baad mein seekhna mushkil ho sakta hai.

This is also a time to enjoy yourself a little while developing those skills.

And never stop socializing. I will say it again: never stop socializing.

Apne helper se bhi baat karni hai. Agar koi aur nahi hai, toh unse baat karo. Lekin aisa ho hi nahi sakta ke aapki duniya mein koi bhi na ho. Kahin na kahin friends, people who visit your page, like your posts, or interact with you are there.

Koi kisi ka nahi hota in the sense that you cannot expect everyone to always be there for you. Lekin aapko un logon ko acknowledge karna hota hai jo aapki feed par aate hain aur aapke saath interact karte hain. That's how you build connections and encourage more genuine interaction. Aise aapki reputation bhi achhi banti hai.

You gel with everyone. You remain cordial with everyone. Lekin apni feelings Allah ke saath share karo. Logon ke saath apna raw emotional world har waqt discuss karna zaroori nahi hai. Logon ko pata hona chahiye ke, obviously, main apne liye behtari hi sochungi, but I will also be appreciative and supportive of you.

Main overgive nahi karungi, because overgiving can create unrealistic expectations. And when someone mocks or insults you, indirectly or directly, you need to develop your communication skills, witty sense of humour, and comeback skills.

You can learn these skills from Charisma on Command. That's how people learn that they cannot mess with you.

But sometimes you have to reply in a fun way, and sometimes you have to respond firmly. For that, you need to develop your smiling skills and social skills.

Social skills ka matlab hai ke aap logon ke aas paas comfortable aur relaxed hote ho. Phir aap situation ko evaluate karke jaldi aur appropriately response de sakte ho.

For that, you need to socialize a lot and become comfortable around people. Aapki body bhi dheere dheere relaxed mode mein aana seekhti hai, aur aap social situations ko handle karne mein zyada confident ho jaate ho.

Do grocery shopping, because that helps you become less afraid of being judged. Aapko pata hota hai ke apna kaam toh karna hi hai. Koi cheez leni hai, bargain karna hai, ya kisi se baat karni hai, toh karna toh hai. Bhale hi aapko thora awkward feel ho, you still do it because it needs to be done.

Aise chhoti chhoti activities se aapki social skills aur confidence ka muscle develop hota hai, aur fear of judgment dheere dheere kam hota hai. Aapko pata hota hai ke yeh kaam karna zaroori hai, it's better for my future, and it's good for my growth.

So, isi tarah aap apne friends, social circle, aur future partner ke saath bhi apni communication skills develop karte ho. You learn how to give witty replies, when to be playful, when to be firm, and how to carry yourself with confidence, dignity, and self-respect.
