1. Skincare, Natural Beauty & Being Presentable Without Makeup
Combining skincare with a healthy lifestyle rather than depending entirely on cosmetic products.
I started doing skincare and taking care of myself because I don't want to depend on makeup anymore. Whether someone comes over, I have to go outside, or I'm on a video call, I want to be able to just pick up my camera and look presentable without having to do a full face of makeup. Ghar pe bhi makeup karna, bahar jaane se pehle bhi makeup karna — I don't want that anymore.
I want to reach a point where I can simply apply a tinted moisturiser that matches my skin tone, lip balm and surma, and I'm good to go. The same lip balm I use on my lips, I also like using on my cheeks and eyelids for a natural look. I used to prefer kajal, but I don't want to ruin my beautiful eyes, so I barely use mascara, kajal or other cosmetic products any more lymphatic drainge. toned features small face clean clear skin amd kisi sy muqabla ni apki face structure small or big jo b hai extra fact on face jo apke facial features sy zyda hai. ghlt hy apke face features should be jighlight and face skin should be toned and scupted, so gym ,sweat from face ,alkaline diet, cortisol care . be your best potential and lok best kisi sy muqabla ni. ayeza face see so toned chiselled features highloghted more .no fcaial fat .apka tu small apple size face hai. and anna from meovv known for ai dol anime. ap us sy b zyada pyyary hu, minju illit. and healthy radiance beats top beauty. natural healthy lifestyle and discipline can be felt and we all are energies ut can be felt and its more attractive and magnetic.
Honestly, you're already pretty as you are. You don't need that much makeup to look presentable. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin, with naturally healthy, clear and radiant skin.
2. Emotional, Physical & Mental Health
The first reason behind starting this entire self-care journey was to have more energy and balanced energy — emotionally, physically and mentally.
I wanted to feel healthy from within, emotionally stable, physically energetic and mentally clear. most of all spiritually ,dil men kbuda basta hai. herat is sacred place .protect it. isko neelam na karo, kindnes with boundries and dignity high value women. with integrity. Looking healthy and having that natural radiance is also a part of it.
3. Food, Gut Health & Hormonal Balance
- Including foods that support overall skin health, gut health and hormonal balance.
- Probiotics and gut-friendly foods.
- Raisins, fennel seeds and other nutritious foods.
- Eating for better digestion, overall health and natural skin radiance.
- Taking care of your gut because your internal health also reflects on your skin and overall well-being.
4. Sleep & Anti-Aging
- A good night's sleep is one of the biggest factors in maintaining your health and appearance.
- Proper night sleep helps with recovery, emotional regulation and overall skin health.
- Sleep deprivation can affect your appearance, energy, mood and the way your skin ages.
- Islam also emphasises moderation, balance and taking care of your body.
5. Sweating Through Physical Activity, Cardio & Muscle Training
One of the things I noticed is that physical activity makes a huge difference in how fresh and healthy your face looks.
- Sweating through sports, gym, cardio and muscle training.
- Both cardio and strength training help with overall body composition and fitness.
- Strength training helps build muscle, while cardio supports cardiovascular health and energy expenditure.
- Overall body-fat reduction can also reduce facial fat, depending on genetics and individual fat distribution.
- Physical activity improves circulation and can give your skin a temporary healthy glow.
-
7. Lymphatic Drainage, Fascia & Body Massage
- Lymphatic drainage exercises.
- Fascia exercises (F-A-S-C-I-A), including the exercises by Oscar Patel.
- Tapping exercises for the whole body.
- Massaging the armpit area and ears.
- Gentle facial massage and lymphatic drainage.
- These practices can help with temporary puffiness and relaxation.
8. Before Going Anywhere: Facial Depuffing
Before going anywhere, I like doing a little depuffing routine.
- Dipping my face in ice-cold water.
- Using a collagen or peptide sheet mask.
- Applying a peptide serum or moisturiser.
- Making sure my face looks fresh, hydrated and less puffy before stepping out.
9. Eye Care
- Wearing glasses when using my phone, especially when prescribed.
- Doing appropriate eye exercises and taking breaks from screens.
- Avoiding unnecessary eye makeup.
- Being gentle with the delicate skin around my eyes.
10. Morning Gratitude & Mental State
After waking up, I want to write down five things I'm grateful for.
- Five things that happened in my life or that I have which make me feel grateful.
- Starting the day with gratitude instead of immediately focusing on complaints.
- Your mindset and emotional state influence how you perceive your circumstances, the decisions you make and how you respond to life.
- Imagine agar poora din sirf complain, complain aur negativity mein guzar jaye, toh your entire perspective becomes centred around those things.
- Gratitude helps you become more aware of the blessings already present in your life.
11. Morning Sunlight & Vitamin D
After writing my five gratitude points, and best tip going outside for 10–15 minutes in the morning. ummediately after waking up
- Getting some natural morning sunlight.
- Spending time outdoors for emotional well-being and a healthier sleep-wake cycle.
- It can support mood and circadian rhythm.
- Sun protection is important, so apply sunscreen when exposed to sunlight. and no need to use face wash. the natural oils jab ap uththy hu healthy hoty and natural sunscreen jesy kam krty hai but still apply sunblock. and immediately go to sun with presoak nlack raisins and bowl of yogurt.without phone 30minute. agar mushkil lagy shuru men 10minute bilkul na uthao u will see u will satrt to detach. by this did ipline less anxious. and unhealthy dopamine .har news jan na zarori ni.
The idea is to build a lifestyle where skincare, nutrition, exercise, sleep, emotional health and self-care all work together — so that you feel healthy from within and naturally radiant from the outside.
