And one thing: if you need a hug or some solace, interlock arms or rest your head , go to Sister, brother or your father.and all Call them and ask for reassurance. There's absolutely no shame in it, especially when it comes to family. I wasn't like this before, but I've consciously built that habit. not saying over communicate ,

Tell them, "I don't want to anything right now. I don't need advice. Just hug me for five or ten minutes, however long I need." Let yourself cry, and once you've processed those emotions, you can ask them for their advice if you want it.

Our problem is that we assume the other person will automatically understand what we need, but everyone is dealing with their own struggles. Aap khud communicate kar sakte ho na? There's nothing wrong with telling your family exactly what you need in that moment.

As for me, there was a point in my life when I was extremely emotional and couldn't handle things. cry here and there ,family k pas b ,Even now, if I feel like crying in front of my mother, I will. But I don't usually share my problems with people because sometimes discussing something repeatedly makes me feel even more attached to it. i realized that ,

I find more sukoon in turning to Allah, and telling him cuz venting my energy in right direction log chahy maa hi q na hu woh sakoon ni mily ga ,u will just more attached and relieved ,u can hug them yes and share the problems b ,but see the difference allah sy bat lar k dua kar k uspy chorna as acompare kisi insan sy discuss karna ap depend hony lagty hu, and lasting sukoon ni milta just temporary relief ,and get more attached with that topoc , developing tawakkul, listening to reminders, reading the Quran, Surah Fatiha, doing zikr of Ya Jabbaru and Istighfar. It gives me a different kind of peace. The more I consciously redirect my attention towards Allah, the more I feel that emotional attachment releasing.

I've built these practices into my daily habits, and that's why I've gradually learned to detach. lpgo k pas just shughal. and allah k bad and sirf allah sy apny secrets, thoughts but family sy thory problems share kar lo but or kisi sy b ni. I don't even feel the urge to stalk people I was once attached to. I've simply moved on and, with time, forgotten them. cuz i develop discipline to control my sensory input and kis chez ko men energy derahi hu

I read somewhere that when you create distance and withdraw your emotional investment from someone, you eventually start seeing them differently. Sometimes, when you unexpectedly encounter that person again, they seem so ordinary that you wonder why you once felt they were so special. It's your own emotional investment and attachment that can make someone seem extraordinary. Sometimes, you place so much meaning on a person that you start seeing them as someone uniquely special or made just for you, when perhaps it was your own attachment that made them appear that way.
