Whatever I said, you may feel like it's all over the place. Sometimes I repeat certain things to make you understand because everything is connected, and I don't want you to forget that. And just as thoughts come to you, like when you miss someone, you need to keep reminding yourself of these things repeatedly. That's how you stay sane.

So, whatever I said, many points may seem scattered, but read it till the end because many of these lessons can save you from learning things the hard way in life. Whatever I'm telling you is literally a treasure. A treasure in the sense that it can help you get your life sorted. You'll have all the tools and skills you need to handle everything.

Now I've told you everything about life. You just need to apply it with discipline and make it your lifestyle, self-identity, and story.

And what is your story? It's the story you keep telling yourself. All these things I'm repeating to you are based on books, neuroscience, neuroplasticity, Islam, and facts, without emotional soothing, along with understanding frequency and energy.

If you keep telling yourself, “I'm very lonely. I'm very broken,” that's the story you're telling yourself. But if you say, “Yes, I'm feeling lonely. How about I go out to community gatherings, yoga classes, or hobby classes? There are so many people there, and I can go and chill out with them,” you're choosing a different response.

Logon ko social connection ke liye rakho, aur connection aur healing Allah ke saath rakho. Jab aap udaas ho, cry to Allah. Then make decisions rationally and objectively using all the skills I keep talking about, along with integrity, values, neuroscience, neuroplasticity, Islam, and the psychology of relationships.

You've understood your emotions, recognised them as indicators, and directed them towards the right place to express them: Allah. Because your emotions are energy. If you keep venting to people, you may strengthen the neural pathways associated with those feelings and experiences. You may then feel even more emotionally attached, develop greater empathy towards that situation, and gradually make it bigger in your mind as the days pass.

But if you release those emotions to Allah, that energy can become a source of blessings. After that, you can tell yourself rationally and objectively, “I've expressed these emotions, and that's enough. Now I need to be loyal to myself and take the right precautions in a strategic and calculated way, with dignity above everything else, along with integrity and values.”
