When you guys have a breakup or a major fight, and even during marriage and relationships, the rule is to put your energy back into yourself.

First level is creating boundaries by limiting your energy. You remain cordial, your answers become shorter, your body language changes, and you don't give the same level of energy as before. Hmmm, hmm, kam baat karna. You don't necessarily cut the person off; you simply limit their access to you. Boundary koi threat nahi hoti. It's about showing through your actions that you won't continue entertaining something you've already communicated you don't like.

Lekin yeh tabhi possible hai jab relationship mein aane se pehle aapki apni life ho. That's why I always say: pehle grow karo, skills seekho, apni personality build karo, hobbies develop karo, gym jao, skincare karo, friends aur community gatherings ke liye time nikalo. Apni life ko itna enjoyable banao ke relationship ho ya breakup, you never lose yourself in the process. In the end, you still have yourself.

Ab breakup mein bhi same principle apply hota hai, but differently. No chasing, no begging, no lashing out, no jealousy tactics, no sad songs or cryptic stories. You remain calm and regulated, and you put even more energy into yourself. Gym jao, apni skincare karo, glow up karo, apni routines maintain karo. Normal life mein bhi yeh sab karo, aur difficult situations mein bhi. Thora thora hi sahi, lekin apne liye karte raho.

And here's the psychology behind it: sometimes, the other person wants that ego satisfaction ke "Yeh abhi tak mere peechhe ro rahi hai, mujhe miss kar rahi hai, main abhi bhi iske liye important hoon." tu unhe apne ego satisfatction dedi. thats why they never aproach. u ended up loosing dignity, most of all losing urselfa nd losing ur reputation. k mujhy koi mun laga lo mne pyar ki tarsi hui hu

. q k apki life men discioline ni hai meotions ki pujari. seek tempoarary satisfatctions .fletting feelimgs instead of regulatimg emptions and unhe sahi direction,u can get dopamine. watch healthy dopamine kya hora hai. aese sary hormones. and slef loyal choices ,neuroplasticity hazrat ali. knowledge. imtegrity . but u keep doing all of that, your sad songs, your stories, your reactions, and your attempts to make them jealous. Even these tactics show that you're still directing your energy towards them.

But when you're genuinely living your life, taking care of yourself, and no longer making them the centre of your emotional world, they can become curious. "Kya yeh mujhe miss kar rahi hai? Kya yeh move on kar gayi hai? It's been so long, and she's actually glowing up." They don't have the same access to your emotional state, and they can't automatically assume that you're still waiting for them. and that actually amkes a man head over heels over a women after breakup. that curiosity or soch soch k bura hal hojat hai. k shayad ab lagaye lr shayad men yeh karun tu ab ja k koi reaction de or is sy pocho tu paya chale k woh kya soch rahi. uska dil hai k ni. that makes them actuallu love with u after breakup or yeh brrakup men sirf krty hai. amd tahts how women become unforgetable and magnetic, khud ko b lose ni krti na hi repuattaion ko or har jagah sy faida this is called being rational and strategic but with dignity and integrity ,mathew hussey literally said this. and dure fushan follow him.

The mystery comes from your emotional control rationality self loyalty. startegy wkth dignity n dintegrity , not from pretending you don't care.

And yes, physical appearance, expressions, confidence and the way you carry yourself can influence how people perceive you. When you're taking care of yourself mentally, physically and emotionally, it shows. But the goal isn't to make someone suffer, fight with them, disrespect them, or deliberately hurt their ego. It's to stop providing constant reassurance at the expense of your own self-respect. Your calmness can challenge their assumptions without you having to say a single disrespectful word.

Will they become more attracted to you, level up, or come back? Not necessarily. You cannot control another person's feelings or choices. But two things remain in your favour: you give yourself the opportunity to become more grounded and confident, and you don't lose yourself trying to make someone choose you.

And this is what creates your aura, charisma and conviction. It's the series of choices you make every single day, especially in difficult situations, when you choose self-loyalty over temporary emotional relief. You make rational decisions that protect your values, dignity and worth, even when your emotions are pulling you in another direction.

Over time, discipline becomes part of your personality. You don't need to announce your standards to everyone; they become visible through your choices, your composure and the way you carry yourself. When you enter a room, people can often sense that you've built something within yourself.

That's real magnetism: becoming a woman whose inner state, self-respect and confidence aren't dependent on whether a man stays, leaves, or comes back.
