Sassi character analysis
Sassi had both her father and mother, but what she craved was her father’s validation. Jo ek bachay ki foundation hoti hai safety aur security ki, bachpan mein pyaar, availability, aur safe, secure, nurturing roles balanced milte hain parents se, toh bachay zyada sorted hotay hain. Itni validation duniya se crave nahi karte because they already received that emotional security from their caregivers.
And she thought that what her father considered superior was a woman like Sonia Jahan, while the woman he neglected and undervalued was like her mom. So she felt like, if you want to be valued, you should be like Sonia Jahan; if you are like Mamo, you will be undervalued.
Woh sahi thi, tareeqa ghalat tha.
Aap ke saath jab ghalat hota hai, toh do options hotay hain: ya seedhay rastay par chal kar woh ghalti dobara na dohrao, heal, grow, choose peace; ya phir ghalat rasta choose karo. Mamo aur Qasim ne sahi tareeqa chuna. Unhon ne apni zaat nahi khoyi. Apni values, integrity, balanced discipline, aur self-loyalty par datay rahay. In the end, woh sukoon aur kamyabi ki taraf gaye.
Aur Sassi aur uska father kidhar ke bhi nahi rahay. Unhon ne apni desires ke chakkar mein sab ko rond diya.
So although sometimes her care for Qasim would peak, she realized, “Nahi, agar main iska zyada karungi toh main Mamo jaisi ban jaungi.” So she would disrupt that part of herself and say, “Jaa dafa ho ja.” Even when Qasim was leaving, she would push that feeling away. She had put that desire on a pedestal.
And that was actually what had been subconsciously embedded in her nervous system through her relationship with her father and mother. She wanted to be admired. Woh cheez usko apne family aur ghar mein nahi mili thi, because her father gave more attention outside the family than to his own family. So subconsciously, she started believing that you need validation, attention, and success outside your family and home to feel valued.
But life has so many pillars. Sab se pehle Allah. Allah ko center rakho, then yourself, and then everything else becomes a part of your life. Aur har part mein bhi categories hoti hain, jismein first family, then other things.
Research also shows that wealth and success alone don’t determine happiness; strong relationships and social connections are deeply associated with well-being. I’m not saying you need to abandon your career. Look at Aiman Khan and Minal Khan. They are still very active on social media, but they filter what kind of roles they want to do and what kind they don’t. They still enjoy attention.
Social media par aap apne glamorous clips par work karo. Main abhi teen-chaar reels send karungi—people are uploading cinematic content through cinematography searches and hashtags, even in the . Your Instagram is your TV. It is your narrative. call it your tv .
Aap kisi aur ke paas kaam karke, kisi aur ke under jaa kar, kisi aur boss ki baat maan sakte ho. But with your husband, I’m not saying you need to completely bend yourself around him. There are certain things, and there is a line.
For example, main ab aise karti hoon: sadqa jariya ,kisi se achay se baat ki, sadqa jariya tu ALLAH SY SILA MANGA IN CHORI CHEZO KA MINDSET SHIFT ,APKO FREE KRDETA HAI DETAVHED AND ENERGY SAHI JAGAH SY EXPECT MUSABIB UP ASBAB SY. No expectation from people. Detached mindset. Mujhe kisi se expectation nahi hai, but I’m also sorted enough to understand that humans need social connection. So I interact and have fun a lot. Kamray se niklungi, gaana gaate hue, dance karte hue, and apne bhai ke paas jaa kar uske saath wrestle karungi ya usko challenge karungi.
Sometimes agar kisi se fight ho gayi, jo bhi hua, you check it rationally and logically. Self-respect and ego are different things. Your values, knowledge, psychology, social connections, cordiality, and integrity—all of these should inform your decisions.
Iska matlab yeh nahi ke aap ke saare decisions hamesha sahi honge. Aur agar ghalat bhi ho gaya, you will not lose yourself. Aap apne aap ko kabhi bhi kisi cheez ke liye itna important nahi banate ke uske liye khud ko lose kar dein. Balance zaroori hai.
So after considering all of this, make decisions rationally, objectively, with values, integrity, self-respect, and farsightedness. For example, agar aapne kisi ko birthday wish karna hai aur aap socho, “Isne mere saath yeh kiya tha, isne mujhe birthday wish nahi kiya tha, main isko kyun karun?” But especially in family, ya jahan aapka aana-jaana, rehna, ya connection hai, you don’t become smaller by doing the decent thing.
Isko kehte hain samajhdari, narmi, aur networking skills. Main hamesha bolti hoon: aapka jaa kar bolna farz hai, ya basic decency hai, toh aapko karna chahiye. Agar usne nahi kiya, uska zarf hai. Us cheez ko apne ego par nahi lena. Woh self-respect nahi hai.
Har cheez ko apni self-respect aur ego ka issue bana dena theek nahi. Uska zarf uska hoga, aur aapko bhi pata chal jayega.
So apne mindset mein agar koi cheez kar rahe ho, toh bolo: “Maine yeh decision rationally, objectively, values, integrity, self-respect, aur farsightedness ke saath liya hai. I don’t expect anything from that person. I’m just going to experience it and see.”
Experience karke dekho. Koi habit, gesture, ya response nahi mila? Theek hai, experience ho gaya. Ab aap usse seekh loge.
Har cheez ko—badi se badi, choti se choti—iss tarah lo ke “Isse mujhe kya seekhne ko mil raha hai?” Take everything as an experience. But of course, har cheez mein pagaloon ki tarah dive nahi karna, warna zindagi mess ho jayegi.
Aapka track seedha hona chahiye. Jab aap fazool, bewakoofana innocence mein rehte ho—innocence ka matlab yeh nahi ke aap pure-hearted ho; agar aap skills acquire nahi kar rahe, then you are being naive—you keep repeating the same patterns.
Strategic, calculative, rational, objective decisions lo. Uske baad you will not lose yourself; you will gain experience.
“Acha, yeh cheez maine aise ki, kaam nahi ki,” ya “Us insaan ka zarf saamne aa gaya.” Ya maine birthday wish kiya—isse main choti nahi ho gayi.
Apni self-respect ko itna sustain karo ke har cheez ko self-respect ka issue na banao.
Take everything like data. Take everything like a skill. Don’t turn everything into competition or rivalry. Be competence, not competition.
Take things as experiences after making calculated, logical, rational, objective decisions that are good for you, while also understanding networking and maintaining a peaceful environment around you. Do things for your peace.
Har cheez ko apni self-esteem ka question mat banao. Dekho, uske andar charm hai ya koi aisi habit jo mere andar naturally nahi hai. Maybe unke bachpan mein aisa environment raha ho, ya unke aas-paas cheezein aisi rahi hon jinki wajah se woh skill inherently develop ho gayi, ya unhon ne absorb aur adopt kar li. Aapke environment mein woh cheez nahi thi, toh aapne woh skill nahi seekhi.
But now you have willpower. Allah Ta’ala ne insaan ko Ashraful Makhluqat isliye banaya because we have free will. You can choose to be however you want to be.
Social media and the mobile can become fitna. Hum logon ka jo potential hai na, hum jo banna chahein, woh ban sakte hain. Main woh hoon jo main banna chahti hoon. It’s like training your machine.
If you watch your thoughts, aapko pata chalega ke mere baar-baar is tarah ke thoughts kyun aa rahe hain? Maybe you are consuming certain things, watching the same past things, scrolling, listening to music, and staying stuck in those patterns. Eliminate those.
Aap apni energy kidhar divert kar rahe ho? Logon ke paas? Toh woh ek khaali jagah hai. Jab woh energy aapke paas wapas aayegi, emptiness aur anxiety mazeed barh sakti hai.
Lekin wahi energy Supreme Being ki taraf dua ke through direct karo. Allah ki taraf woh energy direct karo, toh woh blessing ki tarah sukoon ban kar aati hai because aapne apni energy sahi jagah direct ki.
As-Salam, Istighfar, La Hawla, Ya Jabbaru, Quran, Surah Waqiah, Surah Rahman, aur Surah Mulk. Surah Waqiah rizq aur partner ke liye, Surah Rahman healing ke liye, Surah Mulk qabar ke azaab se hifazat ke liye.
Aur jab ro lo, then come back to being rational, objective, values-driven, and grounded in integrity and self-loyalty.
Peace, not just satisfaction. Discipline. Us se faisla karo.
